Global Modules have created unique
learning opportunities across the curricular spectrum as students digest new course material
and encounter diverse perspectives. A Global Modules course works something like this:
Typically, the class begins with participants reading a common text, followed by an online
discussion facilitated by the instructors, who are also drawn from the participating campuses.
The class may then be broken down into virtual groups composed of U.S. and international students
and asked to complete a collaborative assignment.
